The S.P.A Initiative envisions an integrated hygiene center with toilets, showers, and laundry machines that provides a differentiated experience from the street for the un-housed population on Skid Row. This is a citizen led project to provide services open to all based on a service-first model supporting those who need housing. Elissa, who is a finance leader and entrepreneur in her professional life, will speak about her involvement in the initiative and the progress towards implementation.
